Hans has worked as an MD within the Axel Johnson group and has also worked as an MD and in various management positions in the marine, automotive and pharmaceutical industries. Hans works full time in Spjotgard with administrative issues as well as with marketing and sales. Hans also works with suppliers as well as product and product range development.

Richard has worked as CEO at Svenska LABEX AB and has extensive experience in sales and marketing within Healthcare and Life science. At Spjotgard, Richard will work with marketing and sales, especially with tenders in public procurement. In parallel with this, Hans and Richard will also develop Spjotgard's product range.

Roger currently works as a consultant in finance and administration. Roger has previous experience as Audit manager at KPMG and as CFO for various companies within, among others, the Axel Johnson Group. Roger's role in the company is to handle issues related to finance, administration and strategic issues.

Gunder has extensive experience as CEO / MD within the Axel Johnson group and also as Senior Advisor. Gunder works in Spjotgard as a Senior Advisor and helps with administrative and strategic issues concerning the company. Gunder also contributes with help and support in sales and marketing issues.

Joakim currently runs his own IT consultancy firm Devmera AB. Joakim has over 10 years of experience within software engineering and has worked in many different industries including but not limited to IoT, app development and Telecom. Joakim‘s role entails building and maintaining our website while also providing technical support.

Eline has extensive experience in the film industry as a director and recording manager and has studied at Sydney Film School and Calle Flygare Theatre School. She has worked with everything from feature films, TV series to commercials.

David currently works as an software engineer at NEKO. David has over 10 years of experience within the tech industry as an engineer but more recently building and managing a product engineering team within NA-KD. David has helped companies improve time to market and reducing engineering overhead. David’s role entails building and maintaining our website while also providing technical support.
